In order to make this fantastic event happen we need to raise money for the following things:
• Speaker expenses (air fares, train tickets, accommodation and food) £1,600
• Volunteer expenses (travel expenses, food, health and safety training, DBS checks, childcare costs, expenses for Byker Community Centre’s lovely volunteer management team) £600
• PR and marketing (printing costs, delegate packs, advertisement in print and on Facebook etc, paying a professional PR company for 3 days) £1,300
• Documentation (professional photography and video editing) £500
• Conference and exhibition expenses (refreshments for delegates, donation to Byker Community Association [registered charity 701348] for letting us use their beautiful building for the conference, hanging materials, hire of projector and lighting, paying for Curator Space profile) £800
• Admin (Webpage hosting, postage, stationary) £200
